You will be sent forms to fill in and returned before your appointment, these are in depth and old memories can surface which can be the start of your healing.
The info you share will also provide a path forward for your health and healing.
In an ideal world Id love every women to have the afternoon of post treatment to rest and allow space and time for integration, for some this can take a couple of days or weeks.
There will be a consultation before you get on the table, and receive a mixture of therapy’s to support your needs.
